Flour

Flour is a food product obtained by grinding grains of various crops, mainly cereals.

Flour can be made from such varieties of grain crops as wheat, spelled, rye, buckwheat, oats, barley, millet, corn, rice and dagussa. The bulk of the flour is produced from wheat. It is a necessary component in the manufacture of bread. Wheat baking flour is divided into grades: grit, higher, first, second, wallpaper.Flour is a food product obtained by grinding grains of various crops, mainly cereals.            

Application:

  • The main purpose of flour is for baking bread. In addition, it is used for baking pancakes, pies, in the manufacture of ravioli, bakery, confectionery (cakes, muffins, cookies, waffles, gingerbread cookies) and pasta, animal feed, for the preparation of pastes and sauces.
